We moved in from out of state and Derek was able to get the process started before we even got there. Once I was ready to look at houses there was never a lag. He was always free to check out any house with me at any time. Derek also has some other connections that have been helpful! We weren't just a transaction because even though we've already moved in, there has still been a lot of follow-ups and making sure we have taken care of things that save us a lot of money. He's a good guy and easy to get along with, which was awesome because he was one of the only people we got the chance to know when we got to Boise! He's intentional in how he takes care of you and we're thankful we got to work with him.

I've known Derek for approximately 7 years and had the privilege of working with him, although indirectly, prior to him achieving his real estate license. Knowing Derek as well as I do, I didn't hesitate a second to choose him as my agent and was not at all surprised at his command of every facet of my home sale. Derek took the time, early on, to feel me out as a prospective client, then to arrange a pre-marketing meeting to discuss with me what my goals and objectives were, the critical timing of my sale, the sale price of my home and other extenuating circumstances unique to my situation and circumstances. Months prior to putting my home on the market he devised and proposed a well thought out strategy to market and sell my home, definitely not a cookie-cutter approach and certainly nothing outside of his normal business approach for his clients. He made me feel special, but I knew this was his standard M.O. He brought me in to the process and made me an integral part of the overall strategy.
